It depends on your site - its size, complexity and how much custom development is involved. Most smaller sites start at a few thousand kroner excl. VAT; larger or more complex sites are quoted individually. You get one fixed price - not an estimate or hourly rate - after I've taken a quick look at your site. You can decide whether to take it, and you won't hear from me again if you say no thanks.

But unsupported CMS versions tend to become targets for automated hacking tools that exploit old security holes and take over the site to sell Viagra or send spam. No. By default, the site will look the way it does today. No visitor will notice the difference. The underlying code for the design will likely be replaced with new, modern Drupal 11 code that's easier to maintain going forward. That's included in the quote.

Redesign, new features, Drupal Commerce, integrations with ERP/CRM/booking, and performance optimisation beyond what the migration itself provides. If you need any of that, say so in the email - we can either do it as a separate project, or I'll refer you on to someone I trust.

Yes, if you'd like. Entirely optional, no contract, no subscription, no minimum - just hours when you need security updates or a small fix. Many people manage fine on their own or hire a local developer afterwards. That's also fine.

Three things: a fixed scope (same host, same design, same features - no surprises along the way), one person rather than an agency, and modern tools that make the conversion itself faster than before. No project managers, no committees, no follow-up bills.

Most common Drupal contrib modules also exist for Drupal 11. If your site uses something special - or custom code - I look at it before sending the quote, so it's included in the price. You don't need to figure out yourself what's possible.
