Pidgin win32 cross-compiled

I’ve handbuilt a new MTN win32 build of Pidgin. It is cross-compiled on a Debian-box, so very different from how it was formerly built. It seems to work OK, though. New builds aren’t automatic yet, but until they are, I’ll upload new ones here once in a while. Let me know if you have problems with the new builds.
