Bandwidth supplier reporting for duty!

Isn’t it great when people offer their time and money freely and without condition, to the benefit of a whole community?

Rui Campos has offered to support the Gaim CVS builds for Windows with bandwidth and diskspace at his website, RuiCampos.com! Let’s all give him a big round of applause

The switch to his site should be transparent, the only difference is that the build time will be a bit longer as I FTP my builds to his site. The download speeds should be (at least) 5-10 times better – probably more.

So send him your appreciation, vcards, ascii flowers or whatever is in your mind here, until his personal site is online again.

A question though – why aren’t you using Bittorrent?? It was designed for just this problem, afterall. Just a thought!

Much thanks to both Rui and Geddeth for this fine FREE service. With beta2 having so many troubles and the developers over at Gaim taking forever to put out beta3, I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to be pointed to this site so I could download a function-able version of the program. Much, much, much thanks to all involved!
