Gaim win32 builds: unofficial and unsupported

Do NOT bother the GAIM developers about these CVS builds! They are unusable, unstable, buggy as hell, and will cause terrible things to happen!

Read “Why do you always say not to use CVS?”. And be quiet about it. At least for now.
