I miei capezzoli esplodono con la gioia!

Click for access to hi-res NASA images of Italy!Maria and I have finally (finally!) settled on a holiday with a price tag on it that suits our preferences. It only took us about a month of scouring the Interweb for cheap tickets, hotels and a car. Oh, and a destination, of course: Italy.

Our journey will begin on July 27th, when we fly from Copenhagen/Kastrup to Rome (Maersk Air), where we’ll stay for 4 nights, after which we’ll fly to Alghero in Sardinia (Ryan Air), where we’ll rent a car (Holiday Autos) and drive to our hotel, Cecilia B&B (in-italia.dk). After a pleasant 10 days in Sardinia, we return to Rome for a final sleep-over, before we fly back to Copenhagen. Sound expensive? It isn’t – just around 6.000 DKK (€800,- EUR) per person in all, is all.

Below are some of the links we used to find cheap flights, hotels and such. They are mostly Danish, but some have international counterparts, whose links are available through a little googling. At the bottom are links specific to Italy.
